Important Information

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you — or a third party other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
It is sufficient for your withdrawal notice to be sent before the 14-day period has come to an end.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have stated otherwise.
You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
