Your Right to Cancel

You hold the right, as a consumer, to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without being required to give any reason.

The fourteen-day cancellation window opens on the day that you — or a third party of your selection, other than the carrier — take physical receipt of the goods.

To make use of this right, you must send us a clear and unambiguous declaration of your intent to cancel — whether by email or by post — addressed to:

Your declaration must leave no room for doubt as to your decision to withdraw. You may, if you wish, use the model form set out below — though you are under no obligation to do so.

Provided your cancellation notice leaves your hands before the fourteen-day period has come to a close, the deadline will be considered satisfied.

Effects of Cancellation

Where you validly exercise the right to cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you — including standard delivery charges (but not any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method) — without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Repayment will ordinarily be made through the same payment channel as the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed. You will not incur any fee as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you supply evidence of having despatched them — whichever comes first.

The goods must be sent back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. Handing the goods to a carrier before this deadline expires is sufficient.

You are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.

You bear liability only for any diminution in value of the goods arising from handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and that are produced on the basis of an individual specification or choice by the consumer, or which are clearly personalised to meet their particular requirements;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire within a short period;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return on grounds of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery;
  • Goods which, owing to their nature, become irreversibly blended with other items following delivery;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.

How to Return an Item — Step by Step

  1. Email contact@norvek.com with your order number and an explanation of the return.
  2. We will confirm your request and send you our return address.
  3. Pack the item carefully — original packaging is recommended where this is still available.
  4. Despatch the parcel back to us within fourteen days of your cancellation notice.
  5. Once the goods have been received and examined, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued within fourteen days.

Refunds

Reimbursement will be processed via the same payment method used for your original order. Please allow between five and ten working days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount to your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Should goods arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please write to us at contact@norvek.com within seven days of receipt, attaching clear photographs of the issue together with your order number. In all such cases we will cover the cost of return postage and offer you either a full replacement or a complete refund — the choice is yours.
