Here you will find all the key information about delivery charges, estimated despatch times and payment methods available at NORVEK. The details on this page form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery Charges

All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Shipping fees are shown as a separate line item at checkout before you confirm your order.

Destination Estimated delivery Cost
United Kingdom 3–7 working days £4.99 (free over £50)
Ireland 5–8 working days £8.99
Germany, Austria 5–8 working days £7.99
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg 5–8 working days £8.99
France, Italy, Spain 6–10 working days £9.99
Rest of EU 7–12 working days £12.99
Switzerland 7–12 working days £14.99 (customs charges may apply)

Please note: Orders sent to countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Union may attract customs duties, import VAT and other charges levied in the destination country. These costs are not imposed by NORVEK and must be settled by the recipient directly with the relevant customs authority or carrier upon arrival of the goods.

2. Despatch Timeframes

Delivery estimates are counted from the date your order is confirmed and payment is cleared. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Where an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be noted on the product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, industrial action or other unforeseeable events — despatch may be delayed. We will keep you informed as promptly as possible should this situation arise.

3. Our Delivery Partners

We ship orders through a selection of established logistics providers, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international deliveries)

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, an automated email containing a tracking reference will be sent to you, enabling you to follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please take care to enter a complete and accurate delivery address before confirming your order. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

5. Split Consignments

On occasion it may be necessary to fulfil an order across more than one shipment — for instance, when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charge will be applied to you in such cases.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

The following options are available when you check out:

  • Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to limit the availability of certain payment methods based on factors such as order value, delivery destination or other objective criteria.

7. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed via SSL/TLS-encrypted, fully secured connections. Our payment partners are accredited to PCI DSS Level 1. Card details are submitted directly to the relevant payment provider — complete card information is never stored by NORVEK at any point.

8. Invoicing

A VAT invoice is generated automatically for each order and emailed to you. It contains all legally required details, with the VAT amount displayed as a separate entry.

9. Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, or if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at contact@norvek.com quoting your order number. We will investigate without delay and work to find a suitable resolution.

10. Cancellations and Returns

Full details of your right to cancel and our returns procedure are set out on our Cancellation Policy & Returns page.
